After hours we could only use exterior stairs which were completely covered in ice and dangerous. Otherwise the stay was great!

This place was perfect. It had the lake view of Lake Tekapo, and an accessible door to walk straight out to the lake. It was directly across the bridge and had the most scenic view. The room was spacious. Loved the heated restroom floors and towel heaters. It was so close to the food area and gas station, about a 5 minute walk. Love the accessibility to everything. The staff was extremely helpful with the checkin. Couldnt have had a much easier experience.

It is a spacious one bedroom with living room and kitchen. It is well located and comfortable. We highly recommend it to our friends and will stay here again next time.

We had a short but comfortable stay here. Beautiful view from our window! Hotel was conveniently located, close to town and our stargazing expedition in the nearby park.

The service is really not good, they push you check out in the earlier morning, that’s terrible
