This is a very nice and modern boutique hotel right off a street with multiple restaurants and cafes--one of the nicer areas of Santiago that I saw in my brief stay. Many of the museums are in walking distance. I'd highly recommend it for cleanliness, modern fixtures, and convenience.

Great location in a lovely area. The hotel doesn’t have a lift which made it a little difficult with bags (it does say this when booking) and the bathroom window could do with a blind so as not to wake you in the morning. Despite this we had a great stay and would recommend the hotel to others.

The staff was very helpful. We loved the provided breakfast. Hotel helped to coordinate the airport transportation. Stay was delightful.

In a great area, very walkable, close to metro station! Bars and restaurants can be found throughout the neighborhood.

The area around the hotel was safe , plenty of things to see and do near civic center. The staff was very helpful and courteous at all times Andres help us arrange our tours and everything was excellent.

It was a nice area to stay in. Easy to get around.

Boa, bem localizado , muitos restaurantes e padarias nas proximidades. Café da manhã padrão do hotel.

Pésimo. Desde tener que esperar para poder ingresar a nuestra habitación debido a que, el recepcionista debe abandonar la recepción del hotel para ir a entregar departamentos fuera de las instalaciones del hotel hasta la bulla durante toda la noche de otros huéspedes al subir las escaleras, el conserje no pone orden ni cuida el descanso de quienes pagamos por ello. Con suerte, logramos dormir 3 horas por las incomodidades antes mencionadas.

Hay mucho ruido fuera de las habitaciones. Ni siquiera es por la gente o música de afuera, si no por el ruido interno o del mismo staff del hotel. Por ejemplo, si te quedas en el segundo piso, se oye mucho el ruido de la cafetería o de los huéspedes subiendo … el problema es que es a muy temprana hora o muy noche.

Logement conforme, propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé a Santiago.

Ótima localização, bom café da manhã (menu fechado, mas nos atendeu), quarto confortável, bom banheiro, aquecimento. Funcionários cordiais. Ficamos 3 diárias no hotel, o wifi só funcionou na última.
