The facility is very good, it will be better if the washing machine in the room has clothe drying function

Room is clean and staff very nice! Self storage is great and can get crowded. Easy check-in process through Kabin. Great for family of 4. Bed is very firm.

Very nice affordable place to stay. Pretty walkable to everywhere. The only negative was not always having access to a front desk person and they couldn’t call a cab for us. But I would stay here again.

This accommodation exceeded our expectations. Spacious, clean, ability to cook, excellent shower (and bath)

Fantastic room with ample storage space. Modern decor, very clean bathroom, separate toilet/vanity/shower. We had 2 adults, 2 teens and 1 child and it still felt roomy. Great to have a kitchenette also so we could heat up meals and buy groceries. Close to bus stops with buses only a10 minute ride to Central Kyoto. Loved our stay there! Would book this place on our next trip to Kyoto.

Acceptable stay given what the hotel could provide. Would prefer to stay in a Mimaru property where better service is provided.

Check in through the Kabin app Does not work, check in tablet in lobby does not work and left us stranded for an hour trying to check in after 11 PM, in room safe, did not work, websites has luggage storage and it’s a shared storage with no security so it is not really luggage storage I so it is misrepresentation through the website and unprofessional. Do not waste your time with this ridiculous.

Quiet hotel in the back streets, but that added to the charm for this small hotel. Easy walking distance to Nijo Castle and the Gion district

The staff was all nice and helpful, and it was easy to navigate around the area for shopping and food.

Fantastic guest house like stay. Comfortable beds and a convenient kitchenette. Fab location with bus stop just outside. Quite a bit out of the city/central station but a quick bus ride beats that for the price and amenities.
