Great hotel the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff is absolutely amazing, in a good location, close to public transit. Highly recommended.

The location is excellent, walkable to the local market, supermarkets, shopping mall and restaurants. The room is very standard and clean. My family has a good time staying here.

Love the location, felt safe at all times. staff was helpful, gave us food recommendations. Got upgraded to 3pax room. The room was well designed and very comfortable. Breakfast spread was lovely. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Porto.

This was in a great location on a pedestrian street near the Metro. Leo was very welcoming and gave us a map and recommendations for things to do and restaurants to try. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options. A backyard patio was a nice option to relax at the end of the day. The room was well designed and ample.

The first time I have been to a continental hotel with a kettle. I wish I had known in advance Breakfast excellent They really meant it when they said they would only change towels on the floor and would not clean room if you put out the sign

A very clean and comfortable hotel in a very convenient part of Porto with easy access to the Metro and the city centre. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and the price for the room (including breakfast) was very reasonable We would definitely stay there again

The Casual Raizes in Porto was perfect! It was a quick city break with my daughter and she had stayed there before with her fiancé. Located on Rua Santa Catarina, the main shopping street, it is an ideal place to start exploring Porto. It is away from the Ribeiro area but it everywhere is very walkable but it is quite hilly! The hotel is cozy, a small lobby, an area for breakfast and a small outdoor area. Catarina was very welcoming and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel for a quick city break and I would definitely stay again.

Nice location and most areas of the city walkable from the hotel. Very clean room and facilities. Would have been nice if the hotel had a bar but plenty nearby.

Great spot for me in Porto; returned a car to Eurocar- 5 minute walk, Trinidade Metro station for M and airport- 9 minute walk, everything else (Mercado, train station,sites and other neighborhoods) all within 15-20 easy walk, over the bridge in 25. Hotel has great staff, super clean rooms with excellent bathroom and bed. Nice breakfast, pretty quiet, value/price is great.

The property is very clean and very close to the major attractions. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. I needed help with direction and learning the city metro system, they did their best to help me. The breakfast was good, plenty and very convenient in the morning to have it in the property. All the front desk people speak English!

This hotel is not the one in Hotels.com photo - it's opposite! Good location, pedestrianised road outside minimised road noise. Staff on reception exceptionally helpful. Rooms spacious, beds comfortable, bathroom and shower good. Excellent toiletries - Rituals. Professional hairdryer in bathroom. Rooms are individually decorated. Breakfast good, varied each day. Only 20 minute walk to the river but longer back due to being uphill! Metro station 3 minutes away. The magnificent Bilbao market just a 5 min8walk away. Luggage storage available after checkout. Only negative was that the 'fridge' was no cooler than the room.

Clean, great staff, great location. My room was ready and they allowed me to check in early. Would definitely recommend and would definitely choose this place again.
