綺麗な室内、快適な環境でした

We loved our stay here. The beach was fantastic .... clean and not crowded. The villa was wonderful (a bit dated but very comfortable)... lots of room, large open spaces, a great pool in the backyard (albeit a bit small). The staff was wonderful ... arranged car service, check-in and check-out at the villa, very very responsive (Tony got things done and on top of all our requests). Very nice restaurant (but you pay when you eat, it does not transfer to the room). All in all .... we had a great 4 days there.

We had an absolutely amazing family trip at Ocean Estates. The villa itself was stunning — spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a family getaway. The private swimming pool was a highlight for us, and the large rooms gave everyone plenty of space to relax. The outdoor barbecue setup made for some unforgettable dinners under the stars. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the hospitality of Anna and Jenny. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home. They were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive to every detail — whether it was helping us settle in, arranging transportation, or making thoughtful local recommendations. Their warm and genuine care turned a beautiful stay into a perfect one. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beach escape with world-class service. The room is large and comfortable . Breakfast in room service is excellent. The receptionist LILY was very friendly.

너무 행복한 여행이였습니다 2박3일의 시간이였지만 빌라 스테프들의 친절함으로 아주 행복했다 특히 안나와 제니의 도움으로 필요할때마다 챙김을 받았다 오히려 필요할만것들을 미리미리 알아봐줘서 좋았다 특히 체크인날 마사지업체의 실수로 전혀 엉뚱한곳에 낙오되었는데 제니의 도움으로 잘해결될수있었다 다음에 다낭에 오게 된다면 꼭 다시 여기 숙소에 올것이며 다른 사람들에게도 추천할것이다 다시한번 감사하다

Great Villa Resort, very friendly staff who always responded very promptly to any enquiries. We stayed at 2 Villas which were both in great condition. The only downside is that there is not much (restaurants, beach clubs, supermarket) in close proximity to the Villa Resort.

Location of hotel is very convenient and close to most of the places we wanted to visit….Tony (hotel staff) was very, very helpful. He made sure that everything was to our liking.

The villa situated in a well secured community about 15 min from Hoi An. The rooms were spacious with large beds, bathrooms and access to a private pool as pictured on the website. The living and dining room were huge. Landscape was very well maintained. We worked with a young woman named Tram. Tram wad very accommodative and professional. She was thorough with policy and fees explanation and was quick at turning around our concerns and requests. We had a situation with the patio door and it was quickly addressed. The highlight of the stay was access to the beautiful Non Nước beach with miles of fine white sand and a nice pool by the Nếp restaurant. The place also offer moped rental for a small fee. We highly suggested one rents this to get around as the villa is a bit far away from central Danang.

Our one-week stay was pleasant and relaxing. The 2BR apartment we booked was clean and comfortable throughout. Facilities around the resort were also great and family/friends-friendly. One thing I would comment on is the breakfast and housekeeping services, it was difficult communicating with the staff at times. Their cleaning of the whole room was not as thorough as expected, leaving dirty dishes and rubbish around the kitchen area as well as the rubbish bin. But we had a staff support group which really helped with our stay. Overall, it was really worthwhile and an awesome trip to Da Nang.

I visited this villa with my parents. Even though our check in time was very late, manager and staffs sincerely help us. And I would like to recommend breakfast service! Chefs came to our villa every morning, so we could enjoy private service. If you have any question during stay, please don’t hesitate to ask. Because all of staffs and managers will help you right away. Thanks to Anna & Tony, our vacation was comfortable and safe. Everything was perfect!

This property is not what it is advertised as - it is not a resort. It is a gated community full of long term and permanent residents. If you are looking for a resort in the traditional sense this place is not for you. There is one very average restaurant on site otherwise everything is 20 minutes in a cab away. There is not even a convenience store within walking distance let alone onsite. Extremely disappointed with location and facilities. Villa itself was great but constantly felt uncomfortable with staff being around all the time. Garage of villa we were staying in was being used as a workshop while we were there. Staff constantly parking in driveway and walking through yard - paid a premium price for a private pool villa and felt it anything but private. Very disappointed with our stay. Could not recommend.

골프장들이랑 아주 가까움, 시설 깨끗, 리조트 내에서 이동해야 하면 버기로 태워다 줌. Anna was super helpful

予約直後から滞在中、LINEでスムーズなやり取りができ安心でした。AnnaさんとJennyさんはとても親切でした。リゾート内は植栽も美しく、レストラン側のプールはとても開放的で(タワー側は壁がザリザリしていて、怪我をしました)、何よりもプライベートビーチが最高でした。ダナン市街地とホイアンの中心なのでどちらへの観光もタクシーで30分弱。静かで美しいビーチでゆっくりした人におすすめです。 ただ、今回宿泊したのがタワーだったため、リゾート内の位置付けがよく分からず少し困惑しました。リゾート内を移動するバギーを利用できると聞いていたのですが、レストランで呼んでもらおうとスタッフに伝えるとその部屋はダメと言われたり、チェックイン/アウトの精算が部屋の中でレセプションを通らなかったり。バギーはLINEで頼めば対応してくれるし、部屋での精算も早くて良いのですが、ホテルではなかったことに現地で気付きました。リゾートの敷地内にあるリゾートマンション？タイムシェア別荘？を貸してるんですかね。予約時にもう少し詳しく説明があると良かったです。 全体的にはとても素晴らしい滞在で満足しています。
