The hotel is beautiful, new and clean The downside is that the pool area is too small compared to the number of rooms and guests. So the pool chairs are always full The water is only lukewarm, so if you use makeup remover oil, it will not be hot enough to emulsify, so you should bring makeup remover water with you. Other than that, everything is fine from the rooms to the staff, convenient location around many shops and Sailing club. If you want to go to the beach, you have to walk a bit (5-10 minutes)

Central location, but the lobby air conditioner turned off in the morning, so I had to go down to the lobby in the morning, it was quite hot at noon, and in the afternoon when I went to the pool, the staff said the guests ran out of towels for both days I stayed.

I like living there, very nice view, and the room is clean. The swimming pool 🏊 is so nice, you can view the city, but I don’t like waiting too long for hours checking in at 2:00 PM. If we get the room early, we can go relax at the beach for more time.

December is really great! I know the hotel because I am a fan of Pam, the time staying here is extremely wonderful. The space is beautiful, meticulous, cozy, decorated in a modern style. The hotel owner takes care of every little detail here. The staff is always smiling, super cute. The breakfast buffet is very diverse, there are tables and colorful plastic utensils for children In addition, the cafe is beautiful, the kid club has many toys that the children love The swimming pool is 11 points, infinity, the water is clean, the hair and skin are not dry after swimming. Overall, I like it very much, when coming to Nha Trang, I will definitely come back to December hotel

We are a family of five from Sydney, Australia, with three young adult children. We got three double rooms with city view. We are so impressed with the ambiance, cleanliness, and location of the hotel. Staff are so very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay at December again if we are ever back in Nha Trang. - I visited the hotel on September 1. My group arrived a little early, around 1pm on the same day. Check-in was at 2pm, so I didn't complain about having to wait exactly 2am to check-in. However, I found that the staff at that time didn't really care about the customers. The staff only focused on foreign guests like Koreans, not domestic guests. 1/ When I drove to the hotel lobby, I didn't see any staff come out to ask for help or help with luggage. 2/ When we were waiting to check-in, we weren't offered any welcome drinks. It wasn't until 2pm, it seemed like they changed shifts, that we were offered drinks. I'm not sure if this was a hotel rule or something. 3/ When I took the car out, there were many guests' cars parked in the lobby and on the sidewalk, close together. I didn't see any staff help the guests back up to get out more safely. - The hotel's food menu is designed to suit Korean and Russian guests in general, foreign guests, so the food menu is quite limited and monotonous. - The next day when we left, a female hotel employee asked about luggage support. I think this time is better than yesterday. However, the first impression is no longer good. I think this hotel is not suitable for domestic guests to visit.

Cam giac ban nay (toc ca re, nguoi khong cao) rat thich cuop loi khach hang va khong ton trong khach.

Khách sạn nhà em Pam tuyệt vời🤩 Hoàn hảo🥰 Mình siêu ấn tượng vì ở đây chỉn chu & tinh tế đến từng chi tiết, từ các bạn nhân viên care từ a-z, từ ly cafe, từ cái giấy note gửi lời nhắn cho khách khi khách đi vắng,... Rồi đến cái tên khách sạn sáng đèn lên khi mình đi trên đường Nguyễn Thiện Thuật vào ban đêm, đi từ xa đã thấy khách sạn là biết mình sắp tới nơi rồiiii Những chi tiết nhỏ như vậy thôi đã thấy mn siêu tâm huyết, hãy đến và cảm nhận nha các bạn. Chụp góc nào cũng có ảnh đẹp luôn mn ơiiii. Xứng đáng giá tiền. Lần sau vào NT chắc chắn mình sẽ quay lại 😙😙😙😙
