The place is dirty. No hot water, I stayed 2 nights the sheets were never changed and the room was not cleaned. The room is dirty dusty dirty floor never mopped. The bathroom is rusty and never brushed. Breakfast is not tasty can not be eaten. Not livable.

The Room is good enough but the breakfast very unappetising looking and was unheated, even the Rice is served cold. Decided to not take the risk. Even other guests were taking food from outside to eat in the breakfast area. I don't think I've ever seen a hotel put less effort and care into an Indonesian breakfast. The swimming pool is absolutely crazy. A thin walled moat at the rim of the building falling away 5 storeys. Not in anyway reccomended for Children! A disaster waiting to happen
