Please write smoking or non-smoking on the cover. I've already paid for two rooms and got a smoking one, even though my child has bronchitis.

Overall, I enjoyed staying here because it was close to everything and the staff were friendly.

I stayed here for 2 days while watching Synchro. It was comfortable and not far from JIEXPO. After the concert, hungry, I went to the Lawson located in the hotel area.

Security was excellent and responsive in assisting upon arrival. The front desk was also very friendly. Breakfast was varied and to your liking. The heated swimming pool is perfect for a family vacation.

There must be a deposit if the key is double.

a very pleasant experience. other than location where you cant just walk to any shopping spot (quite a downside), the rest is superb. comfortable bed, ample room space even with the extra bed requested, plenty of tv channels, and superb breakfast spread. i requested extra bed for my child and it came with all the extras - towel, blanket, and breakfast - unlike the other hotel in bandung where all these were charged separately. this hotel is certainly value for money. masjid is nearby but you have to go around the block to get there. if only the hotel backdoor access, it would be just a 2 mins walk.

A pleasant stay. Breakfast was to my liking and had a wide variety. A plus. The room was clean and very comfortable. The water worked well. The sink was a bit clogged, but it wasn't a big deal. Thank you for your hospitality. I will stay here again.

Near from center city, easy access and fast processing check-in and check-out. Clean, have a lot of options for breakfast. Warm pool with city view is amazing.
