The location is great as the place is conveniently around every facilities and stores. However, the rooms are not so pleasant especially the bedsheets and the old light blanket you’re given upon arrival. Overall, Avalon is a place to stay for convenience. Not for leisure.

I often stay here, because when I come from out of town I don't go straight home and I'm tired, so I stop here.

The hotel is clean but the bathroom is still not very clean, there are holes in the sheets and blankets, lots of small mosquitoes enter the room.

Please fix the AC, it's not cold, it makes me uncomfortable.

There is no drinking water, the water heater is not working.

The hotel staff is friendly. But the cleanliness is very lacking. The facilities are broken, the AC is not cold, the shower is broken, the refrigerator is just not cold 😌

The bathroom is not clean, the AC is not cold enough, the bathroom exhaust is not working. Yes 7/10

The room condition is stuffy, the toilet is very very smelly. The AC is not cold at all, maybe it is not cleaned or has run out of freon. What is clear is that it feels like a sauna in the room, fortunately only staying 1 night for transit. If for a long stay, not recommended.
