Excuse me, is this a new or old hotel? The location is strategic, but the rooms are not soundproof. I don't know which couple's room is noisy in the middle of the night, so they can't sleep peacefully. I also don't like the buffet food 🙏🏻

The lobby design is cool, it looks luxurious and grand, the swimming pool is quite large, there is a gym, but there is no sauna or steam room.

The room is clean and very spacious, the staff are friendly & nice, next time I will definitely stay here again.

The staff are all friendly, but I don't like the rooms which aren't soundproof, the breakfast is not very varied, but it's helped by the Indomie menu😍

Stayed here for 2 nights, got a welcome snack, the staff were all friendly, responsive, and helpful, the room was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the breakfast menu was quite extensive. The soundproofing wasn't good, and you could hear the water running in the upstairs bathroom. Overall, it was okay. I'd come back here again. Thank you.

when I stayed 2 days ago, at 11 pm I was chatting with my roommate but instead I got a call from the receptionist saying that we were not allowed to be noisy because the room next door felt disturbed, even though the room next to mine was also noisy with the sound of children running around until 1 am, but I didn't call the receptionist and asked them not to be noisy. The hotel's fault is that it's not soundproof. The risk of staying in a hotel is that guests have different habits. If you don't want to be noisy, just stay in a villa.

Good response. It so happened that my room's AC was not cold. They immediately moved quickly to change rooms without further ado. Great, the room is clean and well-maintained. The breakfast needs to be increased in variety.
