It's comfortable, but it's not soundproof, you can really hear the neighbors singing karaoke at night. Then the sound of motorbikes on the road is very loud, clean and the AC is cold, the lack of pillows is uncomfortable to use. The admin is nice and the deposit is quickly returned. Don't regret it, you must come here.

Very comfortable and clean

The room is very comfortable, the crew is very informative and friendly, the AC is not very cold but they provide an additional fan which helps to overcome the heat.

The wait for the elevator was incredibly long. The elevator was wobbly, shaking even though we were on the 30th floor. The water tap was leaking, making it noisy in the middle of the night. Check-in had to be done elsewhere.

This is room 35 on the 26th floor. Overall, it's really good. I was quite satisfied for 3 days and 2 nights. If you want a view of the city lights of the Al Jabbar Mosque on the 26th floor, choose a room below 30 on the 26th floor. The management is great, the staff are friendly, and the deposit is quickly returned. I doubt you'll lose anything if you book here 🔥

Strategic location close to Grabcar from WHOOSH High Speed Train Tegalluar Station.

Comfortable, neat, clean, great service.

Really fed up, far from the picture in the advertisement, when I entered I could smell the musty smell and cigarette smell. Dirty and lots of trash on the floor like the previous guest's that hadn't been cleaned. The bathroom was super dirty like in the photo. There were lots of spider webs in the corners of the ceiling and it was dusty. I booked for 3 days, but my child & wife didn't want it anymore so I only used it for 1 day. Hopefully there will be improvements in the service.

The room is as shown in the picture, clean, neat and fragrant. Complete with towels and toiletries.

The conditions in the room are as pictured, the management is very good and friendly.

- The apartment units are poorly maintained, many parts are already worn out, the lights are dim. - Many young people who look unsightly walk in and out of the apartment (elevator) freely. Is it not prohibited if you are not an occupant/tenant, or is it like that (most) of the occupants. - Good location & access (side of the main road) - Parking is relatively narrow.

Really recommended, everything fits ✨.

The place is delicious, smells good, the main thing is that you won't be disappointed, so you want to stay there 😁.
