Affordable price with complete facilities (water heater, karaoke, cooking and eating utensils, iron, etc.). The room smells nice and clean. The location is easy to reach (behind BNS), very close to Paulo Cafe (you can walk), and close to the market too. The neighborhood is like a villa complex, so if you want to karaoke until midnight, it's okay haha. Highly recommended.
