Sorry in advance, but I want to share my experience.. when I first arrived I checked in at 10 pm, I was given a very dirty room with poor facilities and there were dirt marks on the glass, there were even vomit marks on the sink, the condition of the bathroom was dirty, the bathroom walls were yellow and had never been brushed, I immediately asked to be replaced with a new one, the condition was almost the same except there were no dirt marks and vomit.. Please pay more attention to the cleanliness and condition of the room in the future.. the service and FOH were good, the service was fast and up to date, only the facilities were very lacking..

Overall, it's okay, but yesterday when I stayed there, my neighbor in a room a little outside Nurul's was still singing loudly in the room at night. The soundproofing on the 3rd floor is a bit lacking, maybe because there is a connecting door between the rooms. Then the neighbor tried to open the connecting door. For the service, everything is okay because I've often stayed at this hotel, but yesterday I had an unpleasant experience.
