The hotel is a very modern and open but needs doing something more such as simple as a map of the city. Although nothing nearby such as restaurant, super market since we tried to buy some fruits but no way could find. otherwise, the service is good especially Nicolas helps a lot.

The hotel is in a great location for sightseeing in Porto - out of the way enough to be fairly quiet but within a short walk of many of the key sights and the waterfront. It is also on the right side of town to take a trip to the beach. The room was large and exactly as per the photos, the bed was comfy and the furniture and fridge / included minibar items were nice touches. Communication from the owners/concierge via WhatsApp was excellent, including many recommendations for places to eat and asking our cleaning preferences each day. We stayed for 4 nights and would definitely stay again. One thing to be aware of is the stairs - we were in room 7 on the top (3rd) floor, which meant carrying luggage up several flights and some narrow stairs at the top. Bear in mind if you have lots of luggage with you. The only improvement I would suggest is that the room needed more space to unpack and store clothes. There is one very short hanging rail but no drawers, which is odd given the ample space in the room.

Friendly staff, quiet room, shared kitchen

From the communications before arrival to our reception on arrival and the facilities delivered. We have nothing but praise. Fantastic value for money. We stayed in room 6 which was comfortable and quiet. The coffee machine provided coffee on demand anytime without limitations and the minibar was stocked with a few nice treats free of charge. Nicolas was extremely helpful, even to a young lady who arrived when we did but had made a mistake with her booking as it was for 2026. He went well above and beyond expectations. Location is good, could walk just about anywhere we wanted within 30 minutes. Would stay here again.

The space is beautiful. Very close to everything and an easy walk or quick taxi/uber/bolt ride if necessary too. Quiet area. The staff was amazing and very communicative.

Special thanks to Nicolas he is helpful and goes above and beyond expectations! Recommendation: I would highly recommend that instead of having the Nescafé machine the owner provides guests with vouchers to get a pastry, real coffee and/or a juice at the closest bakery.

Staff are very friendly and accomodating, everything was comfortable and the system of getting into the guesthouse and room are easier than dealing with keys or keycard. Definitely reccomend!

The room was immaculately clean and comfy, with everything we needed. The location was superb, with lovely bars and restaurants in walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Porto.

Very nice room with a little outside patio, in a good location within easy walk of the historic centre. And, unlike most places in Portugal, a comfortable bed not a rock-hard mattress!

Lovely hotel and the manager Nicholas looked after us very well. The mattress was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept on! The only thing we would change would be coffee/tea facilities in the room rather than a communal area.

Well curated with lot of forethought and aesthetic sensibility. Exceptional value!!

Excellent experience

Very friendly staffs and because the property only has a few tenants, the owner can provide a butler type service .. each morning he'll greet you around 8 through WhatsApp and ask you what you'll like their cleaning team to do for you. Overall great service and price is reasonable. I am glad I found this gem in Porto and will definitely return here when I am back to Porto again.

It was all very nice

Great place to stay when in porto. Easy walking into town, great service, superbly clean with everything you could need for a weekends stay.

Host was amazing, they let us check in early as we landed early in the morning and weather was rainy that day. Thanks a lot for that. Room was very clean and bed comfortable, shower was huge and great warer pressure. The only downside on the room was that it was on the ground floor, window overlooking a road which is quite busy and loud. If you are a light sleeper ask for the room that doesnt overlook the road. There were earbuds for noise cancellation in the bathroom, which was very useful, withiut that I wouldnt be able to sleep. I think information about noise has to be communicated in advance as it will be impossible for some people to sleep in that room due to noise. The great thing about the room is free mini bar and tea/coffee. Coffee was tasty and having bottle of water on arrival waiting in the room was wonderful. Overall it is a great charming hotel. Thanks a lot for having us.
