The location is great, strategic, and the staff are very friendly. If I go to Bali again, I hope to stay here again.

all staff , specially receptionis were friendly room clean and comfort only breakfast were very limited : noodle , nasi, sayur buncis, toast, bubur kacang hijau. thanks

I had experienced myself the magnificent comfort and good service given by Rabasta hotel crew during my four-night staycation last week. In addition, the hotel features including a large room, huge bed, mini balcony, small fridge, and also fancy soaps and towels offered truly satisfied me. Awesome! So thank you Rabasta Hotel and TRAVELOKA as well.

It's good, but the water isn't hot. Other than that, I'm satisfied with the price.

sorry, but I was disappointed. there are two blocks in this hotel A amd B. block A is newly renovated so it is good. But I was given a room in block B, The room condition was somehow looked old and dirty, when I first came in, bugs everywhere in the bathroom and then later at night I found out there is this small lizard hiding behind the fridge. Conclusion, next time if I ever decide to go back I would request for a room in block A.

The hotel is nice, clean and well decorated but a bit lack of needed stuff like slippers and hairdryer. The daytime staff is very nice and helpful but the nighttime staff (the male receptionist) had quite an unfriendly attitude to the guests. They offered scooter rental service as well, guests can just rent one there in a cheap price (60-70k INR) The room is quite small but clean.
