The bathroom is outside at a price of 4++, not fortified, the bathroom has lots of small animals on the walls and floor, small leeches, in short, it's not really good. Sorry

The hotel is nice, very comfortable and the price is also affordable.

Quick check-in, calm and peaceful night atmosphere

Due to a flight delay arriving in Denpasar at 6 PM, I rushed straight to Bedugul, a 2-hour, 15-minute motorcycle ride. The climb up Bedugul was minimal, with minimal streetlights. 😭 But it was all worth it when we arrived at our accommodation. The views were simply breathtaking. The staff were friendly and made me feel better about the chill of Bedugul.

I'll definitely be back. It's a comfortable place with good, complete, and clean facilities. The staff is also friendly. Everything is great😊

the staff is very friendly and helpful....but when I arrived at half past 1..I was told to wait for quite a long time, quite 1 hour...it is true that check out is at 2 but usually if we arrive later than 12 we will definitely be told to go straight away because our check out time is 11 at the maximum...we could have cleaned up the room in less than 1...but on that side everything from the facilities to the service is ok..all the staff are very friendly..it is recommended.....next time will definitely come back again....

the hotel is nice, clean and beautiful. no need for air conditioning because the weather is cold. hot water in the bathroom takes a long time to come out. suitable for families with children. can feed fish (5k) and ride a duck boat (40k)

The bumpy road is damaged from the highway into the location... it is difficult for small sedan cars to pass through, there are 3 high speed bumps... the view is nice and it is quite cold there

Overall everything is good from the room, location and service. Check-in time is 11 am.. the staff are friendly, only 1 staff please do not vape while working / handling guests.

The journey here was drizzling, the entrance road was small, the road was damaged, there were puddles of water because of the rain. When I entered the room, then.. at 19:30 the lights went out all over Bedugul, unlucky.. it only came back on at 23:00, unfortunately the canteen was closed at 19:00, I was too lazy to go out to find food, access was far from the main road, at night it was so cold, I even entered the room.. unfortunately I had to check out at 11:00, even though it was usually around 12:00.. the cleanliness of the public bathrooms should be improved, the food menu too, then if possible the canteen would only close at 21:00.. then for my room there was no coffee and tea.. even though I took a good room for 600 thousand.. the positive thing is that the Pollumb employees are friendly and fast.
