In my opinion, I am satisfied with the price. The room is air-conditioned and has a TV. Provides food, so if you suddenly get hungry you can order food. Outside bathroom (for us men it is not a problem). Floor mattress, there are twin bed and double bed options.

The location is strategic, you can walk to Indomaret and ATM, it's easy to find a shop, in the morning there are those who sell rice parcels in front of the homestay. The service of the staff and the owner is friendly, kind and pleasant. There are some rules but they are quite relevant because the location is in a housing complex. If I go to Surabaya, I will definitely stay here again.. very recommended 👍

For that price, it's quite good for bringing 2 kids😁. (For our 11th year old child, we were asked to pay an extra bed of 60k. Down payment of 30k, the remaining 30k paid on the spot, all can be transferred) The location really helps us, because it's quite close to Supermall Pakuwon😇. Because this is a house, to check in you have to make an appointment with the owner first. Parking is limited because the house is located in a housing complex, but because we took public transportation, so there was no problem.😂. There is no deposit, just a photo of your ID card. For the room, the room was quite narrow for the 4 of us, but we only used it to sleep, so it wasn't too disturbing☺. We got the 2nd floor. Sharing a bathroom with 1 other room. Downstairs, if I'm not mistaken, there are 3 other rooms and 1 bathroom too. Luckily for us, the room with us upstairs was non-smoking, because in our opinion the smoking area was not very open to the upper floor. The ventilation is lacking if someone smokes there. For the Smoking Area, there are comfortable sofas and chairs. So one with the bathroom area and drying area. The bathroom is very clean. Soap is available. The water is quite small, but there are buckets and ladles to collect water. There are quite a lot of clotheslines. It is very helpful for us. There is also a shared kitchen. For the kitchen, cleanliness needs to be improved again. The sign on the house is quite clear, and the gate key is also available. The location is close if you want to go to Pakuwon Mall, the minus is that it is far from places to eat. If you bring a car, it's difficult to park because it's on a residential street, even if you bring a motorbike, the space is limited. The water color is also not clear and yellowish. A homestay that is in the same house as the owner has a lot of the owner's furniture so it seems full of things. There are 5 rooms with 2 clean outside bathrooms. There is a public kitchen which is one with the owner and free gallon water. What makes you a bit annoyed is that when you put a pacifier in the dishwasher you immediately get reprimanded, you are expected to wash it straight away even though you will still wash it after taking care of the baby first and it is considered disturbing the comfort of other guests even though the other guests rarely use the kitchen, let alone wash the dishes. The homestay class next door which already has branches everywhere is not as fussy about cleanliness.

The owner/caretaker of the inn is super friendly, and what is certain is that the room is comfortable and clean, the bathroom, although shared, is not dirty. The inn environment is nice, not crowded with vehicles passing by because it is in a housing complex, the room has AC. Wifi. The TV is on. For such a cheap price you get everything. 10/10. Cheap food prices.

If you want to check in before 2 o'clock there is an additional fee of 10k per hour, you pay 5k for towels. When I wanted to go out for a while I turned on the AC because the weather was hot when I came back and turned it off at the high school that had it so it was still hot, the bathroom was outside, friends.

Feels like stayin in an airbnb. You got a room in the house exactly like the photos. Everything is clean, most importantly the shared bathrooms. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. They even provide netflix on every room. For around IDR 100,000 room, it definitely worths the value.

Kamar bersih, wangi, fasilitas wifi lancar, AC nya dingin dan ada TV Netflix pula 👍. Walaupun kamar mandi luar tapi enggak masalah karena tetap bersih dan nyaman 😊. Tersedia juga menu makan berbayar kalo lagi males keluar cari makan. Staff pelayanan Dehome ramah banget. Buatku ukuran harga 100 ribuan ini udah oke banget. Fasilitas lengkap.
