Clean room, friendly staff, AC ok, clean bathroom, hot and cold water ok.

second time stay in this hotel but the experience was not good, stay for one night only, all mirror were so dirty, air conditioner was difficult to adjust, no hot water at all, that is mention that we have to turn on water to the left for 2-5 minutes but still no hot water even we used it for 10 minutes. wastafel faucet was so hard to turn left/right, up/down and so noisy. The pillow are so hard and high. make us feel fain in the neck.

The price of a hotel room of 400 thousand and so is not worth it, there are many hotel rooms that are 200 thousand more comfortable in Dago. When I entered, the AC was dead, the bathroom was dark, and the hot water was not 24 hours. Finally asked to move to a new room, the AC was on and the shower was shabby, well that's the experience 🙂
