The food was packed in a box. The taste was pretty good. The room was pretty clean. The hot water in the bathroom dripped, so I asked to move rooms. The sheets in the first room looked like they hadn't been changed, dirty and black. Thankfully, the staff was willing to move me to another room.

It doesn't match the one in the first picture. I ordered a suite and got the one that had a long sofa in the room and it was spacious. Yesterday I got a different room, there was no long sofa in the room and the room was small.

The AC doesn't work, there are worms and cockroaches in the bathroom, the bed is noisy

Hotel staff is friendly, place is clean.

The balcony was dirty, the bedroom floor was also dirty, the TV was just a display, the soap in the bathroom was left empty, the toilet had a hole in it.

Dirty sheets, TV doesn't work, water leaks, no tissues, WiFi keeps loading messed up, needs to be fixed, even though I ordered premium, tried the regular one, but the regular one is good

Okay, impromptu event, order in the afternoon, I asked for clean sheets because I brought a baby. 1 hour gap from the time of order I arrived at the hotel, when I entered the room I saw clean sheets and the room smelled good.

I've been here twice, it's okay, standard. The facilities are incomplete, there are no tissues.

There are many cockroaches, aka small animals, that are their weakness.

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and on the last night I was shocked when I entered the bathroom and there were traces of defecation and it wasn't flushed. I don't know if there was someone who cleaned the room, but the condition of the bed and other things didn't look like anyone had cleaned it.
