Lokasi dekat dengan terminal Batam center, dekat dengan WTB, kalopun mau beli cemilan dan makanan terdekat pun tersedia di sekitar.

Kamarnya cukup besar tapi kurang terawat dan kurang bersih. Air panasnya berfungsi. Handle pintu toilet dan gantungan kran closet mau copot, meja dan lemari berdebu, horden jendela usang, handuk dan selimut lusuh.
