The hotel staff is friendly, it's nice and cool to stay here.

It's okay for backpackers, but for those who are used to hotels, you'll definitely be disappointed. Traveloka had to take down the deluxe room photos because they didn't match the photos, there was no mini fridge, water heater, or glasses. The hotel said Traveloka had uploaded the wrong photos, so the room couldn't be as pictured. Bottled water, toothbrushes, and soap were available. The room and sheets were clean. The bathroom and water smelled, and there was no hot water for showering.

It's too full, if it's offline it's even more expensive, and it's hard to get a room... we'll definitely be directed to an expensive room at 400k... so we'll just move... because we'll be in Bandung for a week

For comfortable rooms and friendly staff

The service was terrible. Lack of explanation. Suddenly, at the end, we were asked for extras because we weren't told at the beginning. The TV was broken and wouldn't turn on, and the bathroom didn't have hot water. It's not worth it for that price. You'd better reconsider staying here.

Great, it's clean here, the prices are cheap and they even give discounts, my husband and I had a sudden work problem in Bandung, it was worth it.

This is my second stay here. As usual, the room and hotel area are clean and smell great. It's also comfortable. It's definitely worth coming back 3/4/5/6/7 times again, haha.

Very nice, very clean and very happy I was upgraded from the 3 rooms I booked, 2 rooms were upgraded to deluxe and suite. Very lucky because I booked the room at injury time. So for those who want to bring their family to stay here, I highly recommend it. Strategic and all the staff are very friendly.
