Absolutely spectacular!

Overall fantastic - views are second to none. The hiking around the area is unreal and it’s great to be there before the first train and tourists descend. Dinner was amazing and servers were extremely attentive. Only feedback is that for the price they could have proper coffee machines in the room! Small thing but in other cheaper hotels there were real coffee machines whereas this was cheap sachets… with nothing else around it would be nice to have a proper coffee. Everything else was amazing and worth it for the location and food

Staying the night here was a night we will never forget. We had a suite which had the most incredible views - it actually stole my breath away. Totally incredible! The meal we had was exceptional. If you are thinking of staying here don’t delay, it was a night I will never forget.

This was an amazing experience to stay at the second highest hotel in all of Europe. The Mountain View’s were breathtaking and I wouldn’t trade this experience for the world.

Hotel location is superior and hospitality is very outstanding. Staff at the reception and the restaurant are super friendly and they make me feel like home during my stay. I was very lucky to join a tour to the observatory and learn some astronomical knowledge from the expert. Staying in the room with Matterhorn view is one of the things to do on my bucket list and I was so pleasant to see the breathtaking landscape from my hotel room. Highly recommended!

A special hotel with rooms numbered by the heights of different mountains. Helpful and nice staff who personally brought us to our room and explained to us everything about the room, including the stone on the wall. Will definitely stay in this hotel again =)

We arrived early, the staff gave us early check-in which we feel very warm & being care. The hotel is very considerate, they asked about our preference of diet before we arrived. The food are yummy. We have very good impression about this hotel.

Amazing stay! Maybe best view I've ever had from a hotel room. Bed was a little too hard for us, but more of a preference thing - mattress appeared high quality. Overall, great memories.

Fantastic receptionist who can provides all the information you need for the entire stay and also the local sun set and sun rise times. Rooms are clean, the views are beyond this world, very nice food etc. At 3100m attitude you'd expect some services to be not perfect but at this hotel everything is working and perfect. Would definitely recommend to stay if you want to experience something totally special.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the service is good. If the dinner can provide steak, that will be perfect.

Property is very unique with great views (get the Matterhorn view if you can). Staff all around was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were included in the rate which was also nice. Stay here to get the best views and to get away from the crowds (you pretty much have the mountain to yourself at night).
