I've stayed here 3 times. The first and second time were good experiences, the receptionist was friendly and the room was clean. But for the last October 11/24 I stayed there was disappointing. Both the room was uncomfortable and the receptionist was also not solutive. I booked room 202 and 203 for a short vacation in Malang. Room 203 was comfortable, but room 202 seemed to have a problem with the water drainage. So the toilet smelled very much of sewage. Even though the bathroom was closed, the fan in the bathroom was turned on, the smell of sewage still entered the room. I have complained to the receptionist but there was no solution other than spraying perfume, even the receptionist offered a refund. It's very strange and very unprofessional. Reddoorz, please check all the rooms. How can a smelly room be rented to visitors. We want to sleep but we can't because of the smell.

Strategic location near mosque, supermarket, stalls and restaurants with cheap price. Spacious and clean room. There is elevator, rarely reddorz has elevator. Spacious bathroom. Clear TV broadcast. KM water may be because it comes from a drilled well, sometimes black and sandy, so don't use it immediately, let it flow for a while. Suggestion: if possible, the staff should clean the room starting in the morning, the 4 days I stayed the room was not cleaned because I was already in the room again in the afternoon. It's annoying to have to wait. The towels need to be changed ☺.

The bathroom is mossy. Lots of mosquitoes. The sheets and others are clean.

Worth it, kawan-kawan. Dekat dengan tempat makanan, minimarket, masjid. Meski beberapa kondisi tembok kamar berjamur karena dekat jendela, tapi tetap nyaman.

Pas sampai malang memang sudah hampir tengah malam, dikasih kunci ternyata kamarnya seperti habis dipakai orang, kasurnya berantakan dan ada botol minum habis dipakai, pas dicomplain diganti kamar, ternyata spreinya kotir dan tidak ada bed cover, diganti lagi. Yang terakhir baru rapi dan bersih cuma kolamnya hijau jadi anak-anak ga bisa berenang juga

The lady who wears the hijab is not friendly at all, doesn't have a smile even though the front office should be friendly, asks for the 1st floor to be given the 3rd floor, and the condition of the room looks like it's not being maintained, and the worst thing is there are rats, please report it to sir. I was told to move rooms, so at 12 o'clock at night I had to move rooms, even though I had stayed here 4 years ago and it wasn't as bad as this. The swimming pool was left dirty like that, it wasn't repaired quickly, even though that was a plus point.

The room was spacious, the bed was big (three of us slept in 1 bed), got a room on the 3rd floor, but it wasn't a problem because there was a lift, the room had a balcony, only the bathroom was crusty. The swimming pool is poorly maintained, which is a shame, even though it would be nice if you could swim. The hotel is aesthetically beautiful.
