Quiet area, with kitchen suitable for family

The room is quite fully equipped. In my opinion, the room cleaning is not very good. If that part is fixed, it will be better.

My experience with Cozrum this time was super bad. 2 hours after check-in, the room was not cleaned yet. After cleaning, the room was still dirty, the kitchen was full of ants. The room was not soundproof, smaller than in the picture. The air conditioner was not cold, and the wiring for the air conditioner was very unsightly.

The air conditioner is not cool enough, the bed sheets are not clean.

Arrived at the hotel at 1am, opened the door and saw the room was dark. Entering the bathroom, there was still foam and soap in the corner of the room as if someone had just used it but didn't flush it. Tried to sit on the bed and there was hair all over the bed. The bed sheet was yellow. I immediately asked to change rooms but it was no better than the second room, the air conditioner was sometimes adjustable and sometimes not, there was no toilet paper, when I asked, the customer service said they forgot. The hygiene here is really bad. I didn't dare to sleep.

Stayed for 2 nights but there was no cleaning service. If my family booked 2 nights with 2 codes, it would be cleaned. Why did we book 2 nights in a row and there was no cleaning service? The house has a high porch, but only one door can be opened, driving up is quite dangerous.

The bed sheets and pillows have stains, the floor too, overall looks dirty. Suggest cleaning the room thoroughly for a better experience for the next person. Thanks
