The staff and cleanliness are all excellent, and the price is very reasonable. Winner is one of my favorite hotels to stay at.

The bedroom and toilet were clean, and the mattress was also clean and odor-free. The amenities were commensurate with the price, so there were no complaints. The location is still in the city, so it's okay. Parking, although outdoor, is still in the secure hotel grounds.
