room conditions do not meet expectations

It was my first time here because I had work the next day. When I first arrived, the staff was friendly, but: 1. When I got to the room, there was a metal wire sticking out of the mattress and it hit Al's body, resulting in a small cut, but I got hit several times and was annoyed. 2. I booked a room with breakfast included, but when I wanted to get some food in the morning, the staff said it had been taken by another guest because they gave me too much, so I only got one. So, from there, my mood was ruined in the morning. I was disappointed. Hopefully, they can improve it next time.

The AC isn't very cold. The door hook is on a wooden block. The bathroom is dirty.

Staying here really makes me regret it, the condition of the room is not at all in accordance with the photos listed in the application, the atmosphere is dark & what is more disappointing is that the head area of the bed smells like rat urine, the toilet is like a train toilet, the room is noisy, the activities of the neighbors can be heard clearly, the floor is dusty as if the room has not been used for a long time

The TV is soundproof and broken. The most annoying thing is there is no water, when I asked the staff because the tower was not filled, because many people booked the accommodation. It should have been handled. Knowing that many people were staying, why was the tower left empty. So I couldn't take a shower. When I got out of the hotel I wanted it to be clean, but this was not clean at all.

please for the bed set MUST ALWAYS BE REPLACED. DO NOT USE USED PEOPLE, STILL USE IT FOR PEOPLE WHO WILL NEWLY ENTER AGAIN..

They should improve their service (including cleanliness) and facilities.

When we got there, the lobby was stuffy and dark, not like the one in the gallery photo.

Strategic location. Very small room. TV and WiFi don't work

+ Friendly and helpful staff during check-in, cold AC. but for facilities and cleanliness are expected to be better, maintained and checked regularly. - the door is very difficult to open and close, so it is indeed a bit of an effort. the lights are off. the TV also has no signal. the toilet must be cleaned diligently because it is dirty and smelly. the mattress and sheets should be cleaned so that it doesn't itch the skin. in my opinion, for the price of 350 it's not worth it. there is an uncomfortable feeling :)

The staff is friendly, the room is clean, the AC is very cold, you get towels + water and toiletries. The price is cheap but the room is not cheap.
