Regarding the microwave, we need to inform you that not all of our units provide it as each unit has different facilities. The actual facility details are already listed on the booking page, and we are also very open to questions before making a reservation. As for bath soap, we do not provide bar soap, but we have provided liquid soap (body wash) as a substitute. Regarding the bathroom drain that was clogged, our team has immediately followed up. The problem did originate from the building system, but it remains our responsibility to ensure guest comfort.
