Polite and professional staff, awesome facilities complimentary drinks

Staff were polite despite the communication barrier. Hotel was nice, clean and airy. Complimentary drinks was very good

Wow. What a beautiful hotel and spacious room. Wish we could have stayed longer than just overnight. Within walking distance to a couple of train stations.

A very good stay at a modern and pleasant hotel. Staff are friendly and their service is good. The main issue for me was that the gym, whose management is outsourced and caters mainly to the local population, only opens at 9 am and is closed all day on Mondays. This makes it really inconvenient for business travellers that try to stay fit by working out early before the business day begins. Furthermore the gym attracts a charge of JPY 1100 that needs to be settled at entry and cannot be charged to the room

朝食が美味しい

お部屋が角部屋で静かに過ごすことが出来ました。 また、お部屋のお陰で駐車料が無料になりました。 埼玉に来る時はまた利用したいです。(今回2回目の利用です。)

当日予約でしたので、安価で眺めの良い客室に泊まれました。コンビニもホテルの2階にあり便利。 客室の冷蔵庫の飲み物が無料も嬉しかった。 高齢の母を連れていたので、シーツを汚してしまったが客室係の方が、洗濯で落ちるので大丈夫です、と対応して下さいました。部屋は雰囲気が良く、きれいでした。

駅から遠いのが唯一の難点でした。それ以外はラウンジでの飲み物サービスが最高でした。

眺めがよく、部屋はもちろんホテル全体とてもきれいです。今回は13階でしたので湯船とシャワーが別になっていることも嬉しいポイントです。また伺いたいです。

非常に綺麗でスタッフの方も丁寧に対応してくれます。落ち着いた雰囲気でゆったり過ごせるホテルでした。
