The toilet is very dirty, no towels or soap are provided.

the bed support came loose and fell when we lay down on the mattress. Then we asked to move rooms and the staff replaced us with another room. After we moved and lay down on the bed, the support broke. Finally we decided to lift the mattress and move it to the floor because we were tired and wanted to rest immediately. Please, the management pay attention to the condition of the bed so that it is safe to use.

Dirty room not mopped, broken toilet, smelly mattress, noisy AC, dirty walls, horror vibes.

No towels. Conditions room very dusty also hot water is very limited. I ordered 4 roomS and there is one room with damaged ac, they change at 1 am in the morning. In the picture there is bath tub in premium room but the fact I don't get anything even for hot water.
