Please check for all damage and cleanliness, under the bed should always be checked.

The doormat is dirty, the pillowcase is torn and has become moldy, the mattress is flat and causes back pain.

The staff is friendly, and the location is nice. However, the staff should not inconvenience customers checking in with sensitive activities around the rooms. Customer privacy must be maintained.
