The bedroom and bathroom were not clean, lots of hair was scattered on the floor, rubbish that had been swept up was not thrown away, in the bathroom there was trash left over from toothpaste.

The facilities are disappointing. The TV isn't a smart TV yet, it can't play YouTube because it's not connected to a WiFi connection. The towels also smell really bad, like they haven't been replaced. The head pillow was also uncomfortable, it was really flat.
