This is the second time I stayed at Granda Lake View when I came to Hanoi. The price is reasonable, the staff is friendly and the location is near the market, there are many delicious restaurants. The only thing that I was not satisfied with was that the balcony window of the room was stuck and the staff was a bit slow to fix it. In return, the other services are very good, the rooms are clean, cozy, the staff is cute, always willing to help guests when requested with a warm and lovely attitude. Granda Lake View will still be my choice next time when I come to Hanoi.

Fully furnished room, okay if you don't stay in the room much. Service is suitable for the price.

The room is spacious and clean. The staff cleans and refills the items daily, on time. There is also a free laundry service, which is very convenient.

The bathroom is a bit small, the bed is squeaky and of poor quality. The person next to me turned around and the bed swayed a few times.

I'm on the 3rd floor. The room has a lot of terrible mosquitoes :( I asked to change rooms but the receptionist didn't let me. I stayed for 2 nights but couldn't sleep because of the mosquitoes.

The hotel is located in the lane, so the entrance and garage are quite tight for a car. The room is clean and equipped with enough tools. The bathroom is relatively small.

Very satisfied with the hotel, everyone should book a room.

The room is ok, the room is clean. The bathroom glass door is stained, the dirt is quite visible but overall it's ok, not too much of an impact. About the room space, the bed is ok, no problem.

The hotel is as pictured, clean, beautiful, new, the room smells good. I was very satisfied with the experience at Granda. If I have the chance, I will come back next time 😘. 9.5 points/10 points.

Booked a lake view room but when checking in, I saw a different room so I had to go down to ask the receptionist, then I found out that there was another guest so they let someone else in.

The hospital and cleaning lady are lovely, the room is clean and fully equipped (If there was a mirror in the room, it would be better)

The receptionist's work is very boring and unprofessional. I reported to issue the invoice on the same day but they still didn't know, they said I could check out the next day. The next day, someone else said it wasn't possible. I lost all the money I paid to the company. Unprofessional business practice.

I was really surprised with the hotel room. Quite spacious and comfortable, with kitchen. The room smells pleasant. But when I checked in and went to the first room, it had not been cleaned. The support staff changed to another room that had been cleaned but there was still trash. The rest are quite ok and worth a try ❣️

Phòng có giường ở giữa phòng thì khá ok, còn phòng ít tiền nhất đặt giường ở góc nhà nhìn rất kém thẩm mỹ. Nhà tắm vào vẫn còn tóc. Điểm cộng là good location, đi lại ăn uống tiện lợi. Nhìn chung ok so với giá tiền.
