I've been here twice, so far so good, maybe the wallpaper and corners of the room need special attention, the toilet details are starting to need rejuvenation to keep it looking good.

in the city center, if you want to buy food it's close. hot shower sometimes works, sometimes doesn't.

The place is close to UB campus and close to food places and express laundry. So dirty clothes can be washed immediately, the sheets are a bit itchy and the sheets and blankets are not very clean. The AC is cold. There is a TV that works well, the floor of the room and toilet are clean, the shower water is big.

Great service and comfortable location and cold air conditioning and you deserve to stop by to stay and hang out

The location is close to food places and strategic. AC, TV, water heater are working well. Unfortunately the room tends to be quite small and less spacious. It would be more comfortable if there was a seat. But overall it is comfortable enough for being alone.

Very strategic and easy to get meals or transports. The room was not sound proof at all. When someone talks loudly or laughs, it will really break your rest time. Room, toilet, TV, AC, and warm shower were OK.
