Friendly staff. Very strategic location close to Lot 10 and Pavilion mall, MRT and LRT, Alor Street, lots of food that can be found here. The downside is, the room is not clean enough, the mattress is uncomfortable, the blanket smells damp, our room lights are flickering and the room smells of cigarette smoke even though it says non-smoking room.

First and last stay at this hotel.

The location is strategic. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is free drinking water (from the dispenser). The room has AC, not too cold but not bad. The mattress and pillow my roommate said were musty, but for me it was fine. The bathroom facilities in the room were fine. In my opinion, generally good, worth the cheap price.
