Good enough in Go Vap district. Near the place that I wanna go frequently. Receptionist and Guardian are both nice. Room equipment is fairly good. Image for reference only lol

New room, clean, enthusiastic support staff. Soundproofing is not very good. The closet is damp and moldy but the cleaning staff probably didn't notice because no one used it. However, this is the first hotel I booked an app to check in early with a surcharge. Before, I contacted many hotels that had rooms and they let me check in right away without any surcharge. I checked in at 12 noon.

The receptionist is friendly. The room is clean, amenities are quite complete. It's just that the soundproofing of the room is not good. The toilet is clean.

Even though I booked a room and paid in advance, the check-in procedure was very time-consuming and the staff was not friendly or did not understand the process. When my family gave me the booking code on the app, they kept saying it wasn't and asked me to book a new room. After a long time of presenting the booking form via email, they allowed me to check in even though the booking code was the same as when I first gave them. I booked for 2 nights and the next day I told the staff to clean the room. They were ok, but when I went out and returned, I still didn't see the room had been cleaned. When asked, they said it was because the cleaning staff left early...

New, clean hotel. Check-in 24/24. But it seemed like the room wasn't soundproof, so the sound of the machine going up and down was noisy, and the hallway lights outside were a bit bright. But I'm an easy sleeper so it's no problem.
