The location is close to Sanur Harbor, if you want to cross to Nusa, it's nice to stay here because the location is close. The rooms are spacious, especially the deluxe type.

For the atmosphere is good, comfortable, clean, but there are some staff who are too tense, not smiling enough, the hotel procedures are too excessive making it a bit noisy and uncomfortable. Motorbike rental and the condition of the motorbike are not good. Because I need it, I was forced to rent it even though it is a bit unsafe to drive.

I've stayed here many times but this time it was a dud, I booked a premium room. The sheets and blankets were yellow, the pillows were dirty. The worst thing was the toilet was dirty 🤮🤮 really disgusting. There was no mineral water in the room

I didn't expect it to be as comfortable and as good as it is😭 The service is friendly, the receptionist is smart, the room is clean, neat, fragrant, no damp-moist, super clean bed set & towels, hot water works well, complete amenities, clean swimming pool maintained no moss. Access to the location is easy, if you are hungry stay at gofood because there are so many options around, the atmosphere is also very calm. Will definitely stay again.
