The staff was friendly, but the room and corridors needed a thorough cleaning. The horror was palpable, and the room was full of cockroaches, dusty, and had old materials. After staying the night, we moved to another hotel, as the bed was full of bedbugs. This is the reality... Honestly, I was disappointed that it didn't match the photos advertised on the app. Hopefully, they can fix it and make it better.

The location is great, just a short walk to Malioboro. The room is spacious and clean, but the exterior is a mess: leaking AC, messy shelves, and it looks like an old, poorly maintained building. On a long weekend with 4-star hotel rates, I felt like I was being ripped off 😆

the hotel is full of dust, the hallway is leaking and damp, the water tap is broken and can't be turned off, the rats on the ceiling are noisy so I can't sleep. the room really smells damp and doesn't smell good at all. even though I booked the most expensive room there for 700/night for 3 nights during Waisak. I wanted to move hotels but couldn't because all the hotels were full pls fix the condition of the hotel again the bathroom is also smelly and dark really like an old hotel, really scary

very nice and friendly staff. spacious room with outside bathroom. AC is quite cold highly recommended for yesterday's price weekday 120k. the only minus is the hotel stair carpet seems to have never been washed so it's dirty. walls and corners look dusty. definitely lack of maintenance. overall from the price of all hotels on Jln Mataram or near Malioboro this is highly recommended. there is also a car park

Wow, I swear, the owner needs to improve. Starting from the cleanliness of the room and also the bathroom. Maybe repaint the walls so it doesn't look scary. The bed is full of mites 😭. Even buy your own Baygon.

Menurut saya harus diperbaiki secara kebersihan dan fasilitas. Kotor banget, kumuh kamar mandinya, berlumut airnya, kotor. Serem banget, kayak uji nyali, satu hotel isinya cuma dag dig dug. Serem banget. Pintu sering bunyi. Ada bau anyir, udah gitu pokoknya. Pelayanannya bagus sih.

Hotel tenang, cuma hotel gaya lama dan perabot kuno dan kamar mandi bersih cuma kusem tampilan-nya. Enaknya hotel mau ke Malioboro sekitar 200 meter ke titik nol Malioboro dan harga sesuai sama fasilitas, pegawai-nya laki-laki pada ramah-ramah.
