stayed 2 nights, but the room was not cleaned. The trash can was full and there was no place to put the trash, the blankets, pillows and mattress were damp and smelled very bad.

Room smelled a bit musty, check in was a bit disappointing.

The hotel didn't know I had booked a room through the app! I gave the booking code and the receptionist checked and knew I had booked, then arranged a temporary room for the first night, the next day changed to another room of similar quality but not the 2 rooms I had booked!

The managers at the hotel are very enthusiastic and friendly. Rooms are always kept clean every day.

The rooms are quite ok, spacious and clean. But the way the car rental fee is calculated is not reasonable. If the customer rents for 1 session, it is calculated for half a day, or the 24-hour rental is calculated as 1 day. I picked up the car at nearly 5pm but it still counted me for a full day. I had some questions, but the staff said that's how we calculated it, so that's it. The check-in counter has red chairs, so I'm a bit afraid because the color red doesn't suit me.

The hotel is great, the staff is friendly and lovely. It's so comfortable and pleasant here. I will stay here again next time

Khách sạn tất cả nhân viên rất dễ thương ❤️. Tuy nhiên hơi ồn vì cách âm kém, wifi đông người không dùng được, mình ở 3 ngày tết nên giá mắc gấp 3 mà dịch vụ chưa hoàn toàn tốt. Chỉ được nhân viên cực kỳ nice 👍
