Everything was great, staff were absolutely helpful, very kind, I was feeling a little bit unwell and tried to redeem my welcome drink on the basement floor (lounge), this staff lady, she gave me like a few hot patch to help me with my muscle sprain. She was so kind. Room was spacious enough considering it is Tokyo. Location was close to almost everything we needed.

The hotel itself is great but location wise it 's not ideal especially for family or girls, as the nearby streets are full of touts, and visible litter.

I had pleasant stay here. It 's located in Kabukicho area, surroundings full of Bars, Karaoke, Club, etc. But it still quiet inside our room. The room amenities were great, toilet was perfect. Actually this room is a bit small, perfect for 2 persons. It 's easy to find food and drinks, lots of restaurants nearby, and minimart like Lawson, Family Mart. For me, location was perfect for couples.
