Very bad Vacation to stay here actually I often have come to stay here but this time i don’t know why I think I get wrong person to check in with them First thing not polite to me and then I request to late check out but he said have to charge for one more night without informing anything and no information to me so I have to ask what’s that (why so hotel have to explain me just say one word you have to pay ???). I said give me the details of late check out and he said if you want late check out have to be pay then I am okay to pay but give me for more information details please ,I know I am late for check out 2-3hours have to pay full day? And then look at me so sad 🙁😕 , I just want hotel to explain information step by step because every step is money and ask guest what the way they want to be and please don’t talk racist and look racist Actually I paid more than ¥70,000 per night and I get this experience so no way next time Thank you ,

The location is very strategic, there are many food places around it.

Comfy room with great skyline view. Love the set up of the room.

Perfect location. Limousine Bus transfer direct from airport to hotel, very convenient. Easy to access everywhere. Communication was easy with the hotel staff, and they speak fluent English. Deluxe Room is okay, just a bit small. But Premium Suite is awesome with skyline view, feel great to wake up with a view every morning.

The staff is very friendly and nice. If you're with family, beware of the bathroom though, the shower and the toilet area for this room type are using frosted glass but still manageable since they provided curtains to separate the bathroom and bedroom area. But might need a few coordination with your fam if they're showering and you need to get out of the room. But, despite all that I love this hotel.

The triple room is a bit small although it could be normal for Tokyo.

New hotel, so everything is still fresh. And Overall it’s Good, next time i will back here:).

Hotel was so nice. Good location for stay. Near station and so many food to find:) all the staff so really really nice and the service so excellent.
