Stayed 2 days. Shower was clogged. Other than than that, perfect for single travelers.

The receptionist didn't comply with our original booking. My booking was for 2 rooms, 1 guest in each. they checked both guests in one room, and when the claim was raised, they didn't accept their mistake and mentioned "go take your claim to Expedia!" I`ve raised the claim with Expedia and they are also investigating the case. During the stay, another guest was also having similar problem with the hotel and called the police to come and help him to assist with the problem. It seems like this hotel is having a habit of ripping their guests off! I will never make a booking in this hotel ever again and never recommend it to anyone. They are very irresponsible and non supportive! Their prices are on the lower level, but its not worth the hassle.

Hotel staff was wonderful. Easy to communicate and friendly. Free parking is great.

The staff, food, hotel was great. Very helpful and delicious food.

You would expect that the cleaning people would change the sheets and if they have —-you would expect the sheets, including the pillow cases to be clean!

Customer Service is not up to par. Not many employees speak English - in order to communicate basic needs. Furthermore, Hotel is very old and thus have dirty carpets in the rooms, that have never been cleaned.

Customer service can be much better for a 5 star hotel. Lacks attention to detail, staff offered to do certain things like; put our beds together, provide a wake up call and take our bags down - none of which was done. Didnt feel the check in experience was particularly nice or warm. Oh, and you need to pay a cash only deposit on check which isnt mentioned anywhere.

Worst customer service. The front desk ladies were so rude and unhelpful. I booked a nonsmoking room and they put me in one when I went asked them to change it they didn’t care and what they said is that all what we got. I had to leave

Best hotel in Brighton

Diring my stay there was no hot water to shover, complained 6 times and then they done something. Also they charged me more money than other people when I complained I was told the hotel eas full thats vay they charge more

I have booked the hotel for 3 days and I had to vacate 2 days before due to change in my flight so requested them for refund and they agreed to refund to my credit card and Expedia team. After I left the hotel and after two days they have denied the refund to Expedia and to my credit card. So don’t believe these guys at reception or their management team. I have placed a request for wake up call and they forgot to wake up and I could have missed my flight. No one in the restaurant understands English and you have to really struggle to converse with them and I strongly suggest not to book at this hotel.
