The staff was great. The rooms are very clean and spacious. We will definitely recommend and come again.

Excellent location, close to all main attractions and restaurants! Of course, close to the beach! Clean and new property. I like this place because i can bring my two small furry daughters!

It was a very, very comfortable location with very nice rooms and nice living areas. Appreciated all of the dishes and other stuff to help in the kitchen.. Nothing at all wrong… all good. We appreciate all the help we got as well.

I have come to Evamar a few times. Its personnel are courteous and helpful, the rooms are clean and brand new. It is close to the beach and grocery stores as well as nice restaurants in San Carlos. Besides, I can bring Coco and Frida, our French Poodles!

Excellent and easy communication--I don't speak much Spanish, and everyone was very helpful and friendly. I loved that someone reached out via WhatsApp before I arrived the day before, and I could text my needs and questions. Clean rooms and a nice space. Good view. Several facility options too -- would stay again!

The room was clean, the staff's attention was very good, and any situation/detail that arose was resolved immediately.

Surroundings were not the best. But Evamar was nice

Condo was on the third floor. Stairs only, they don't have an elevator. 😞 The road off the highway to get to Evamar Condos is in very bad condition and is unpaved.👎 Restaurant is only open on weekends. 😫

This place was immaculate and elegant in every way! Clean, organized, spacious, elegant—- and a ghost town! No one was anywhere staying here and yet the security for my guests entering was both offensive and clumsy. Nancy and Martine set a very open, friendly tone- but staff was ill equipped to handle visitors for the 4 of us on property! They blamed it on change of policy with new owners! Given its distance from the beach, there must be a broader explanation of guest policies, and a more gracious and welcoming manner- like Nancy!❤️

Nancy welcomed us in and she was professional and friendly. She also took us on a tour of the condo and explained all the features. We loved the fact there’s a security guard around the clock. Overall, everyone we encountered were friendly.

The place was very clean, and big beautiful!!! The receptionisti friendly, love the place highly recommended.

Enjoyed our stay. had all the amenities to make it feel like we were at home and not in a hotel. Tons of space for everyone, and the kids loved the pool!
