Truly amazing!

Lovely hotel, great location for the castle and old town. Really nice spa/pool to relax in after day of exploring. Really nice staff and great recommendations from the concierge. All transport arranged with the hotel and the drivers were fantastic. Also Very helpful with my parents who both have wheelchairs.

Excellent staff and an excellent location. Definitely, this is the place I will first lookbat when visiting Kraków again!

Stunning hotel. Brilliant location. Lovely staff and amazing bar. Little let down by missed cleaning of room and not great when done (glasses not cleaned and side tables not wiped). Otherwise great. Breakfast was good choice and spa and gym great

Beautiful place!

The property is located very close from the old town, Jewish quarters, restaurants, museums, and other points of interests. Almost everything is in the walking distance. You do not need a car there to explore the town itself.

This is an amazing property in the heart of Krakow. The staff was very attentive, responsive and knowledgeable. My favorite area was the spa. Can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful hotel, especially the bar area. The bartenders were great and knew how to make amazing drinks. One of the best martinis we've ever had. The actual hotel is large and our room was quite far of a walk from the main lobby but the room itself was gorgeous and really clean. Overall recommend this hotel
