We stayed for two nights in room 2007. Upon check-in, we were asked to pay a RM200 deposit. The bedroom was quite spacious. The door had a smart lock, but no additional security lock. The floor felt sticky underfoot. However, the room was quite well-equipped. There was a double bed, a long sofa, a TV, a large window, a kitchenette, a washing machine, a kettle, a microwave, and a complete set of cutlery. Unfortunately, there were a lot of baby cockroaches that kept appearing, especially when we put food in. This was very uncomfortable. The hotel needs to be cleaned and sprayed with insecticide. A plus is that the kitchen sink has a water filter, so the water feels clean. The bathroom has a water heater, shower, sink, toilet with bidet, and shampoo is provided. Clean white towels are available. Hotel facilities are on the 10th floor. Fitness center, spa, pool, and children's playground.

The customer service at The Chamber Residence was disappointing. The staff’s behavior was not very professional, and the overall service quality was below expectations. The cleanliness could definitely be improved. Overall, it was just an average stay, not worth the value for money.
