Everything is convenient. The staff are friendly and clean. It's on the roadside but the noise from cars doesn't enter the room at all.

The hotel is nice. In the front, there is Starbucks and 7-Eleven. Also, very near to Victory Monument BTS, only 5 meters away. The staff is nice. Also surrounded by many restaurants. The room is big and the area of the hotel is not too crowded and also very easy to find.

The location is super strategic! Right in front of BTS Victory Monument, making it very easy to get around. There’s a 7-Eleven and Starbucks right next to the hotel, so finding food and drinks is very convenient. The room was comfortable and met my expectations. If I come back to Bangkok, I will definitely stay here again!

The exterior of the hotel was attractive and eye-catching with some photo points such as the waterfall. The interior of the room is wabi-sabi. That's OK. However, the room we had there is a bathtub of which you need to get in for a shower, and the drainage gets stuck for the 1st day. Hotel staff cleared and took away the plug, but that means I can't use the bathtub at all.

The staff is enthusiastic, cheerful, friendly, the station is near BTS so it's easy to move around. The rooms are clean, soundproof and quiet.

One minus point is that the room description on the apps is too different from reality, like hanging a goat's head to sell dog meat and forcing guests to upgrade the room and compensate.
