All was great, but unfortunately, I checked out very early to catch the morning flight, so I did not enjoy breakfast in the restaurant. But they provided me with a sandwich and coffee to take to the airport, thanks so much. The guy at the front desk is very helpful in helping me find the InDrive at 04:45 with a cash payment to the airport (since the 1st schedule for hotel shuttle at 05:45). Anyway, the hotel is close to various restaurants nearby, and luckily, at the time I was staying, there were street food stalls at night just in front of the hotel. Good place, nice ambience, nice people.

Location-wise, very easy to find food near the hotel. The service is great, also tried the shuttle from the hotel to KLIA (shuttle is on time). Overall, very satisfied.

Overall, I will recommend this hotel for traveler's who need a day or two for their transit flight or business trip at KLIA area.

Clean hotel, amazing service, big room, many shops surrounding, shuttle bus provided. If you are not looking to go to the city much, this is an option!

Everything was perfect until it came to breakfast in the next morning. The chef in-charge needs to be trained on how to treat and talk their guests. Remember, Good food without good service is nothing. This truly made a bitter experience for us.

Excellent hotel and facilities with great location for transit.

The location is around 12 km from KLIA, considered near with less than 20 minutes drive. Many eateries shops around and minimart too. However, the shuttle bus only started to operate from 6.45 am and it might be too late for those early morning flights passengers, especially international flight travelers.
