It’s a really nice location, we had transit during six hours waiting for midnight flight, very clean, modern, and the staff very helpful.

bed is comfy! feel great upon entering the room. slipper are prepared for u. near to rinku station. lawson is just downstair. premium outlet is just nearby. for 1 night stay before heading to airport, overall if theres chance will stay here again. i like the tiger brand boiler and hope to see possible to buy it at their display area in lobby but it din.

The hotel staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the location is very good, and there is an airport shuttle available.

Almost everything is self service You can leave your luggage, check in Onsen and location are very good. There is a shuttle bus that you can book in advance every 30 minutes.

I was very surprised, because the location of the hotel is interconnected with the Rinku-Town train station, maybe only about 50 meters (a very short walk). So it is very convenient if we come from Kansai International Airport and want to stay in the Rinku-Town Osaka area, only 1 station to Rinku Town. For breakfast, the location is also on the 21st floor, so you can see the surrounding city views with the beautiful sea of Rinku town. For those who stay at this hotel, there is a free shuttle bus to Kansai International Airport.

Easy and smooth check-in and check-out process. They have luggage storage to keep our luggage if we arrived before check-in time. A convenience store is in the lobby area. They have a small pantry where you can refill water and a microwave to prepare food on each floor. The location is just one station away from Kansai Airport, and they also provide a free shuttle bus to catch our morning flight conveniently. You only need to register for shuttle service on their website day before to secure your seat.

Very nice, comfortable and strategic hotel. Close to the station. Get off the train and walk to the exit gate, not far from the exit gate, you will find the hotel directly. For a Japanese hotel that is famous for being compact, this hotel is really spacious and very thoughtful for its room interior, hotel corridors, and spacious elevators. And the price is also a little cheaper than hotels in downtown Osaka. I really felt comfortable staying at this hotel even though it was only for 6 hours because the flight was in the morning. The staff were also very friendly, the check-in process was practical. If I visit Osaka again, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Only stayed for one night before my morning flight from Kansai Airport. The location is perfect, connected to Rinku station, so no worry if you can't get a free shuttle from the hotel to the airport. I enjoyed the all-you-can-eat buffet dinner at the top floor. Easy process for check-in and check-out. Would it be better if the hotel could provide more than one drinking water dispenser station for each floor.

Rata Hotel is near the train/bus station to the airport. The hotel has a large luggage storage area and a large lobby. Next door is a Lawson, convenient for shopping. Overall, I had a good experience before boarding the plane to leave Japan. Everyone can choose this hotel when staying before flying to Osaka.

It's near Rinku Town Station. You can self check in and self check out. There are ice maker and microwave on every floor. You can see the city view from the OMO Dining restaurant, the breakfast buffet is delicious.

Located strategically 10 minutes away from Kansai International Airport, and it is located minutes away from the Rinku Town where you can shop from the budget-friendly items to high-end prices item. The hotel itself has a modern design and decent rooms. The room is clean and big enough to accommodate compared to other hotels in Japan. Facilities are more than enough, there is even a public bath or onsen here. Satisfactory level 5 staying here 😁.
