Great hotel! Clean rooms, smart design, modern facilities, and very thoughtful cleaning every day. Friendly staff are always welcoming, enthusiastic support from check-in to check-out. Convenient location, close to the center and easy to move to attractions. I did not use breakfast because I did not have time, but my friends were also very satisfied. Another great point is the laundry service. I stayed for a few days and did laundry continuously. I found the laundry service very fast. Not only that, they also soaked my clothes very fragrant, which is what I like most. I am completely satisfied and will definitely come back next time. It is worth the experience!

Except for the good location, the hotel is not value for money The room is rather small The carpet at the corridor is smelly The staff forget cleaning up the room although I kept reminding, not filling up water and coffee, not providing adequate set of towers and facilities as booked.

No parking. Private cars are shuttled back and forth. Some receptionists have very poor attitudes. I told them to clean the room after going out at almost 2pm and it still wasn't cleaned. Overall, the experience here is very bad.

The vacation was wonderful when choosing the right hotel I stayed at. The hotel is new, clean, with many amenities around such as restaurants, cafes, etc. The hotel staff are very attentive, especially the receptionist named Brian. The restaurant staff are very dedicated when they know my family is religious and cannot eat meat, so they made more vegetarian dishes for us. Hopefully if we have the opportunity to visit Da Nang, we will come back here. Thank you.

Just add ice cubes.. there are few dishes without adding water, which makes people feel strange

My family stayed 1 night in a superior room here. The hotel is clean and beautiful, breakfast has many dishes, the staff is cheerful, polite and enthusiastic, near the beach, 5 minutes walk.

We had 4 days of vacation here. It's great that the hotel is close to the airport, near the beach and very convenient to tourist areas, perfect geographical location. Good housekeeping service, beautiful evening view,. Rooftop drinks are very suitable for everyone's taste when coming here. There are many delicious restaurants around the hotel. Well worth coming back next time 🥰
