clean, comfortable environment, suitable for holidays, staff are also friendly

we booked the 2 bedroom suite, apparently located on the penthouse floor (raina tower). quite cramped for 4 adults and a toddler however the long balcony with the view made up for it. kitchenette with microwave. cleanliness was ok but what was lacking was hand soap and kitchen towels. the sink had a stench that didn't went away (i believe due to a clogged tank). water pressure was generally bad. beds were comfy. no hairdryer. iron and ironing board on request. there was also a used and stained bath towel AND underwear hanging in the closet when we checked in so that was abit icky and made us question if they even prepared/made up the room properly before we came in. pool had no shade at all. location was far from the town area but you can always gojek/grabfood so no biggie. will we ever book again? i'd say no. it's more of an airbnb/serviced apt rather than a hotel. staff/security guards were all friendly. the area tho... was peaceful.

It was sooooo much fun!! and the facilities in the room were so complete, but during breakfast we were given heavy food. There was no cereal etc.;(( but it's okay, the place is really nice, the service is also good🫶🏻🫶🏻

It's very disappointing that they give free fast food but don't give drinking water.

Very impressive and comfortable. The atmosphere and surroundings are very pleasant. Perfect for a family vacation.

The place is really nice, with beautiful views. The facilities are complete and adequate. It's just a shame that something funny happened yesterday. I don't know if it was me or what. I went there because of a very good recommendation online. They offer various facilities. Well, the point is, first, I booked the same room as the one on the internet, but the actual room wasn't the same. I ended up asking for a room change, but luckily the staff was very friendly. And the second room was perfect, just as I wanted. Oh, and what's even funnier is that the electricity went out halfway. Some lights worked, but the AC didn't, and some lamps didn't work. It turned out to be because one of the power switches had been turned off. Then I thought everything was fine, but there was still something else. When it was morning and I wanted to cook, the electric stove wouldn't turn on. I thought it was the switch again, but it wasn't. It was because the stove wouldn't turn on when the AC was on.

The Nongsa area is quite quiet, if you don't dare go in the dark, it's best to get here before 6 pm, when the road conditions are good.

the view is nice. complete kitchen/dining equipment. the swimming pool is also clean
