Very clean place, very nice staff

Very clean property. They gave us free water and breakfast. Very accommodating and gracious hospitality. Air conditioning wasn’t as strong but it was still bearable.

The staffs are helpful and friendly, the room is clean and big enough for two people. But it’s not cost so much because no kettle and cups, blankets provided.

The hotel is close to the train station, easy to get to, very clean, comfortable room

I felt so at home here! It’s nothing luxurious but if you’re a simple, solo traveler like me, it’s perfect! Location is lovely, people at the property are nice, and it’s such a cozy place to stay!!!! The balcony was my favorite part of the room. OMG. I really loved this place and would recommended if you’re not looking for luxury but a nice place to lay your head after a long day of adventuring! Definitely would come back!

Very clean room. Terribly hard bed with no extra pillows or blankets. Literally didn’t sleep for 3 nights. Fairly noisy with lots of sirens at night.

Very minimalistic design,but it works,it has what you need for your stay. Clean and practical.

A pretty hefty set of stairs to get inside the hotel, but there is an elevator to the rooms. Host was super friendly and helpful, and the stay was exactly what I needed. If you cannot climb stairs or carry luggage up the stairs, this is not the place for you. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay.

Quite poor for that price

The location is not bad. But there is very little amenity, not even a hot water kettle. Breakfast is not very generous, very little choice.

Nice hotel, short walk to public transportation, great option to stay in Milan if you are on a budget. Good breakfast

The best experience in Milan The hotel is new,clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and glad to help. We will vist again. The hotel is near Loreto metro and it is easy to find.

Dårlig ankomst. Flere trin op til receptionen, en mini elevator til de forskellige etager. Værelset ok i størrelse men meget spartansk indrettet. Højt støjniveau. Ingen morgenmad eller bar, kun mulighed for soft drinks. Lille terrasse men kun 2 stole og snavset bord. Pænt og rent. Store sprogproblemer, da de talte meget dårligt engelsk. Ikke særlige hjælpsomme omkring morgenmadssteder. Sengen dårlig. Ventilator på badeværelse meget snavset. Aircondition på værelset men meget støjende. Kunne høre støj fra reception på 3 etage, hvor vi boede.

L'esterno non è molto accogliente mentre all'interno è tutto nuovo, camera abbastanza spaziosa, comodo anche il bagno. Purtroppo la TV non funzionava e mancava asciugamano per il bidet ma nel complesso esperienza positiva.

The restaurant next door is a bit busy until the evening. But the hotel itself is excellent.
